Managing the Class Roster

To edit information for a student, click on the Edit button to the left of the student's name.  


This will expand the student's information into a window where their information can be edited.

  1. Student ID - this field can be edited when necessary.  For more information click here.
  2. Active Status - this checkbox determines if the student is active in your class or dropped.  For more information click here.
  3. Show in Grade Sheet - this checkbox determines if the student is visible in your grade sheet or hidden.  For more information click here.
  4. Disability Settings - this setting adds a percentage of time to all timed assignments in the class.  For more information click here.


Once you have completed editing the settings for this student, click on the Update button to save the settings or the Cancel button to exit and discard any changes made.
