The Class Roster can be searched by any displayed data on the page. It can not only be searched by name, username, or student ID but it can also be searched by payment status, class status (active or disabled), grade sheet status (active or hidden), registration date, class role, and disability setting. Type your search parameters in the search box and click the Search button to see the results. When you finish your search click the Clear button to return to the full roster display.
Example Searches:
- Search for "Paid $0.00" to see a list of all students who are on the free trial.
- Search for "5/27" to see all students who registered on May 27th.
- Search for "teachingassistant" to see all TA's or co-instructors in the class
- Search for "waiting" to see any students who have done the first step of registration but who have not yet paid or started their free trial.
- Search for "dropped" to see any students that have been dropped from the class.
- Search for "hidden" to see any students or TA's who are hidden on the grade sheet.
