- You cannot reset your password from this screen, and password reset links will not be sent
- This screen often appears if the assignment did not open in a new browser tab or if your browser blocked the new tab
Troubleshooting Steps
If you encounter this login screen:
- Make sure you are clicking the assignment link in your LMS
- Confirm that your browser allows pop-ups and that the assignment opens in a new tab
- Use a compatible browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox
- Try temporarily disabling browser plugins that could block pop-ups
