Forgot your password?

If you forget your password to access Expert TA, simply click on "Request Password Reset Email" from the main login page.



On the next screen, you will enter your user name.  This is the full e-mail address entered during registration.  






When finished, click the Request Reset button to have a password reset link sent to your email.  The link you receive will look similar to the example below.



Be sure to check your spam box for this message, if you do not see it in your inbox.  If the reset link is not clickable, try copying and pasting it into your browser.  If your registered email does not accept incoming messages or if you do not receive the password reset link, please contact us at support@theexpertta.com to get help resetting your password.


Note: The password reset email can take some time to receive, possibly several hours, depending on how busy your email server is and any scans it might be performing on incoming messages (antivirus, malware, and ransomware).



When you click the password reset link or copy the link into your browser, you will see a new screen where you can reset your password.  The User Name will be pre-populated for you and you will enter a new password and then confirm the new password in the spaces provided.  When you are finished, click the Set Password button.
