Preview Problem, Review, and Report an Issue

Modified on Tue, Jul 23, 2024 at 11:56 AM

We want to make it easier for you to provide us with feedback about the questions in our system.  In the Assignment Editor, as you browse the catalog of questions you will see Review in the lower right-hand corner of each problem followed by a three dot-stack menu.

  • Review - this feature is designed to solicit feedback about a given problem that is intended to be shared with other instructors via the assignment editor. Select your star rating (1 to 5 stars) and enter any additional comments you may have about the problem. When finished click the Save button to save your review or click the Cancel button to exit from the review screen. Once vetted by the Expert TA team, these rating values (1 to 5 Stars) and review comments will be visible for each problem as other instructors create assignments.
  • Report an Issue - If you notice an error in a problem, please select Report an Issue from the dot-stack menu to report that error to us for correction. You can also contact your account manager to report an error in a problem, particularly if it affects your students and immediate attention is required. Enter your comments on what you found wrong with the problem and click the Save button to save and submit your feedback or click the Cancel button to exit without saving.

We now offer a way to preview a problem outside of an assignment.  Click on Preview Problem in the lower right-hand corner of the problem in the library to access this feature.

The problem will open in a new tab where you can fully interact with all parts of the problem (submit answers, check hints and feedback), similar to how your students would in an assignment.
