These settings allow the student to see the correct answer and/or the full solution if they enter a correct answer, all the submission attempts were used, or if the student selects the I give up! button in a problem. 
These settings can be enabled by clicking the Yes radio button or disabled by clicking the No radio button. The Deduction for accessing the Correct Answer is a deduction applied when the student uses the I give up! button for a problem and can be adjusted from 0-100 by typing in the field or using the up/down arrows.
If Students are allowed to access the Correct Answer setting is enabled, the students will see the correct answer if they enter a correct answer within the margin of error, all their submission attempts were used, or they have clicked on the I give up! button in their assignment. If Show full solution during assignment setting is enabled, the student will see a detailed explanation of how to solve the problem, step by step. 
If Students are allowed to access the Correct Answer setting is disabled, the I give up! button will also be disabled (grayed out).
